What participants say about Josephine's workshops:

"Still running on fumes from our glorious hours...All the love and anger and liberating madness epoxied itself so completely that I sort of hit a low current when few days went by without that intensity. I hear I'm not the only one."

"You're a magnet...you're heliotherapy."

"Today went deep for me, however measured, and if i've not thanked you enough then please allow me here one more reminder of what a brilliant conduit you are for opening up those spaces all of us found today."

"...i mean to say, i do realize that we were in an acting class...but there was some sort of cathartic explosion for me...some part of myself which i found by being with you, and it was
GLORIOUS. sounds emotional, yes, but it's hard to let go that so quickly."

"These last two weekends has been such a big experience for me, and it is amazing to realise that it meant just as much to you. I don't know how to put it into words, but I was just listening to Björk, and there are this one song which matches what I am feeling perfect (Björk Homogenic, Jóga):"

"I'm so happy to see that I'm not alone. *group hugs* I was on an emotional high after the 1st weekend and I was filled up with energy after the last. I was strangely exhausted and bouncy at the same time, hard to describe - and I was looking forward to every single day of working with you. On Sunday then I missed all the creative input, the emotional roller-coaster, your energy... And more so today, on this gray & rainy day.
I still feel warped and pushed forward - I am ready to do more and push myself further. I am very grateful for that and have to thank you all for that. You are such a generous group of people. I miss having a weekend to look forward to working with you."
